Hi Kimberly, have posted this quesoon before but no answer. If possible please reccommend me a probiotic supplement brand and/or multivitamin brand you like and trust! It would help me so so so much because it’s very difficult to find this information, googling “top probiotic” or “best” yields so many false spam sites. Also many probiotic supplements are one a day and I was wonderin if I should still take before every meal as recommended in beauty detox or if I should be looking for a different type. Thanks! Very grateful.

In this magazine you say you recommend a daily multivitamin for everyone. In last post you just wrote it should be better to eat your vitamins…meaning that get your vitamins from real food.
Just makes me confused…
I was also wondering what might be your blood type?
And do you think vegan diet is the best for human being?
HI Jenny, if you read the post on the vitamins carefully I say that taking a good wholefood-based multivitamin is good insurance. I also state that in my book, especially for people that don’t always eat the best.

They have a good deal of fat, so I would recommend eating them on their own or combining them as a starch, which would probably be best. :)

Just want to say that I love your book and also that you are so active with social media.
I’ve been on your plan ( although not religiously) for two months. Since then I’ve lost three inches off my waist and no longer crave a lot of foods I once consumed daily.
Oddly enough, I always felt hungry. Now I eat far less then I used to which was actually scary sometimes. I think my hunger had to do with the fact that I wasn’t getting enough nutrients with my previous diet.
Any how keep up the good work! I hope another book is on the way. (I would love more recipes!)

Hi Amber, absolutely. So many people are chronically hungry because even though they are eating a lot, they are not adequately absorbing their nutrients- bad food combining, bad food ordering, etc.

I just came across your blog yesterday and am so excited to begin reading The Beauty Detox Solution :-) I am planning on taking baby steps by first incorporating the Glowing Green Smoothie 3 times a week. However, I have a couple of questions for you,
I read your post, “GOOD MORNING! How is Your Colon This Morning??” and was wondering should I first drink the lemon + water and then the GGS?
Also, you mentioned not eating anything for at least an hour after waking up, does this only apply when drinking the water + lemon or should this be a daily habit?

I was wondering how much is too much GGS to have in the morning? I add all the ingredients and it ends up making about 1 liter – 1 1/2 liters…I drink it all within an hour. Is that too much? What is an appropriate serving size?

I love your book and website. You’re the best! I was excited to see you talking about liquid multivitamins, since I have a hard time with pills. How do you take the Vitamin Code? It has a “distinctive” taste that is hard to get around. Do you put in in a smoothie or juice?
