Realize Yourself Podcast #2 – The Power of Creating Space

Written by:

Today, we are publishing the second ever Realize Yourself Podcast, and it’s about something I’ve found to be very profound and healing: The Power of Creating Space.

It’s no secret that we live in a hectic “hustle bustle” world where so many people and media channels are competing for our attention, all day long. From cell phones and computers, to family members and friends, it’s rare that we ever get a moment to pause and experience deeper reflection and healing.

Yet, it’s precisely because of all this activity and chaos that we need quiet time for ourselves more than ever. That’s why it’s so important to not wait, but proactively create space–even if it’s in the comfort of your own home–where you can reflect, recharge and align to what’s most important to you.

I really loved recording this podcast, and I recorded it right after a reflective trip to Puerto Rico. Be sure to let me know your thoughts in the comments below and thanks for listening!

  1. I loved listening to podcast. Trying to get back on beauty detox after holidays, and this was very inspiring. I feel drained after holidays too and your tips sound perfect for getting back on track.
I loved the conversation style of it, but wish that Tony could finding the right words in a lot of his questions faster.
I need glowing green soup recipe too!!!!

  2. When it is cold (especially in the morning), I have a hard time wanting to drink a cold glowing green smoothie. What do you suggest as a warmer alternative?

  3. Thank you so very much for starting the Podcast Kimberly. Hearing you and Tony speak in such a casual manner makes me truly feel a connection to you all. It is so approachable that I can fully process what it is you are talking about and continue to grow!

  5. Thank you so much for this podcast! I have your books and read your blog regularly, this is another amazing way I’m really enjoying of receiving your wisdom and insights.
I would really love to subscribe to this podcast on my iPod, but unfortunately I have not been able to find it in the iTunes store. Just wondering, is it available through there? Also, I’m in Australia so is it maybe not available on Australia’s iTunes and, if not, would it be possible to get it here?
Thank you so much again for all the effort and time you put into your posts and now these podcasts, you are a truly inspirational woman!

  6. So true!
People have been more and more getting away from being in sync with themselves and being comfortable being alone.
I have had the strangest reactions from people when I tell them I go places alone and spend time quietly alone.
The times I feel most at peace and focused are when I have a steady meditation and yoga practice going.
