Have you ever thought about writing an ebook or guest authoring on other websites?

I have a blog based on the same subjects you discuss and would love to have you share some stories/information.
I know my readers would enjoy your work. If you are even
remotely interested, feel free to shoot me an e mail.

Hi from Canada! I read your book cover to cover today and it made a lot of sense! I’ve gained about 40 lbs in about 2 years after being prescribed an ssri for stress and anxiety. I’m a realtor, I have a hectic life, not a lot of balance. I find that with this weight gain I’m bloated, tired, skin is dull, and going to be 40 in May yikes! I’m pretty motiviated to “fix” whatever is going on inside :) My question is about hot sauce, chili peppers, etc. I use chili peppers in a lot of foods ie stir frys, soups etc. How does that work with our digestion? Many thanks! Hope that I’ll post something in 4 months or so saying I’ve lost a lot of weight and feel Great!!

    Hi Kimberly,

I’m so excited as I finally got your book that I ordered from Amazon. I’m 42 years old, I’m 5″4 and weigh about 122 pounds, Canadian who lives in the French countryside ( Burgundy ) and I’m so inspired after reading a few chapters ! I’ve always tried to eat healthily but feel tired especially chasing my 2 girls all day ! Quick question : is it possible to drink st. pellegrino mineral water or do you advocate not drinking mineral water ( I must admit I’m addicted to st. pellegrino). I hope I can find most of these ingredients needed for the recipes in the book because in the French supermarkets, it’s not always easy to find Kale or bok choy etc. I can’t wait to embark on a healthy journey. Your book is just amazing and can’t wait to read from cover to cover :) Thanks, you’re an inspiration and you look amazing !!! Maria xo

    Hi Kimberly!
I just purchased your book and am totally loving it! I am already hooked on my morning Green Smoothie! I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts both day and night (730am-730pm and vice versa) do you have any suggestions on how to maintain this eating plan while working overnight? I am super excited to see how much more energy I have to keep up the long shifts! Any help you can give me is SO appreciated!

First I would like to say you are my inspiration! I always wanted to be a nutritionist with my work more geared towards healing skin conditions from the inside out. I got married and had kids and it all my dreams got put aside. Right now I am living vicariously through you, LOL. I am 37 yrs old now and feel i am too over the hill to start school and go for my dreams. It’s quite sad. My question for you though is what diet is good for acne. I have been dealing with it most of my life but I am 37 yrs old so shouldn’t it be gone. Are there certain foods that help. I am from New York too born and breed. I miss it because I am living on Long Island now which is a whole different world. Anyways sorry for the ramble. I hope to hear form you. Thank you for being such an inspiration!

      Hi Eileen,
Thanks for reaching out! Our skin is a reflection of what is going on on the inside. Many forms of acne can be balanced with a proper diet and lifestyle. There are blogs here on my site on the subject, and I go into much more detail on it in The Beauty Detox Solution!
      All my best, Kimberly

Hi Kimberly! I’ve been reading your blog for about 2 years now, and I’m so happy to see you’ve accomplished great things. You’ve helped and inspired me so much. I’ve just ordered your book, too, can’t wait to get it!

I would love it if you could do a post on how to fight cellulite. I’m slim but I have tons of it, even in the front of my legs and arms! I’ve been drinking green smoothies, eating lemons and dry brushing, but the suckers just won’t go away.

    Lots of love from Finland!

    Hey Kimberly and fellow bloggers:

I have a food combining question: can you combine spirulina in with a green smoothie (since spirulina is more of a plant protein?)

    Thanks for the input!

Oh I totally forgot to ask in my last comment. I want to make my skin A LOT healthier and my hair less frizzy/shiny.
I do not break out that often but I have scars and marks on my face from when I used to pop pimples (wost mistake of my life).
Do you have any tips for that?
    Thanks so much:)

    Hey Kim,

Just came across your site after hearing about your book (which I am hoping to buy soon). You are such an inspiration!
I love all the tips and tricks you have. However, I don’t know how to get started. I’m 15 5’6 and 120 lbs. (I know that I am still really young but I want to get my body healthy now). I used to be super skinny (I still kind of am) but I gained a lot of weight from sitting home on my butt, not eating healthy and eating too much.
I am not looking to be skinny; I just want to be healthy. I also want to reduce the amount of fat on my body and get toned
I don’t know how to get started. I am going to go ingredients for the green drink early tomorrow and start drinking that for breakfast.
Do you have any tips that will help me to start getting healthier and hopefully lose some weight on my tummy and thighs?
    Thanks so much!

Hi Fatima, :) Make sure you stay active, get outside, and get into some sports! At your age, staying active is really important! Stay away from junk food and processed foods (even if your friends are always eating it) and opt for water over soda!! Soda is terrible for your skin and your body. Try to make better choices, choosing natural foods and lots of greens- try to have a lot of salads as part of your meals. There’s a lot more info on this blog and in my writings that I hope can help you. :)
