About Me
I currently live in Greenwich Village, New York City, where I run my beauty company Envision Beauty. Envision Beauty is my dream-come-true. It allows me to share my knowledge of health and beauty and to give back. And create the amazing products that I want to use myself!

One of the greatest experiences of my life and a major inspiration to found Envision Beauty was a journey through over fifty countries across Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe and South America. It was truly eye-opening. I traveled alone, but met lots of other travelers along the way with whom I shared parts of my journey. I went deep water scuba diving- through Malaysia, the Philippines, and with Great White sharks in South Africa, climbed mountains- including Mount Kilmanjaro and the Hua Shan Mountain in China, went on long treks- Anapura Trek in Nepal, Machu Pichu in Peru, Skydove over Byron Bay in Australia, glacier-hiking in Queenstown, New Zealand, climbed the sand dunes in Mongolia and Namibia, learned Reiki and yoga in India, and all around accumulated a ton of indigenous health and beauty knowledge from dozens of different cultures!
When I came back to the US I also worked for one of the biggest beauty companies in the world.
Traveling the world helped me realize how closely connected we all are, and how important it is to reach out and help others, which in turn brings more love into our own lives. My company donates at least 10% of our net proceeds to my favorite charity, Project Concern International which focuses on sustainable initiatives across the world such as clean water, micro-enterprise, agricultural development, and child and maternal health.
When I’m not working on Envision Beauty, you can often find me practicing or teaching yoga. My asana teacher is Dharma Mittra, who is a 70-year old living yoga master right here in New York City. My other great passions are skincare and health. I love learning about foods that support both, and have studied with experts, doctors, and homeopaths from around the world and in the United States. In my spare time, I even volunteer at a raw food cafe in NYC. Working there provides a huge amount of information on health compounds, minerals, and elevating my diet to its highest state. I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Raw Food Chef.

Admittedly, I spend a lot of time in the kitchen or shopping at the local green markets and organic grocery stores (in New York Lifethyme on 6th Avenue is my absolute favorite!). I walk to Chinatown every week to pick up Asian fruit, which I adore. Since I’m a raw foodist, you’ll see me using my Vitamix, dehydrator and salad spinner a lot, but rarely my oven or stove (except for tea!).
I love to read, walk around the city listening to my ipod, visit the Museum of Natural History and, of course, I still travel as much as I possibly can! Even though my apartment is on the small side I love my neighborhood and have a great private backyard. I graduated from Georgetown University and have done lots of other schooling- including programs at the University of New South Wales and Oxford. I am a dog person, and my favorite color is green.
Re: The green smoothie, would you recommend using a juicer for the ingredients in this or would it extract too much of the fiber from the veggies/fruit?
Re: The Green Smoothie, would u recommend juicing the ingredients of this shake or would that extract to much of the fiber?
Hi Kimberly,
I saw you on GMA this past weekend and was intrigued by your knowledge of cleansing rituals. I wanted the recipe and decided to look you up on the internet. I was very impressed by your very professional site and the information you give on it. The green smoothie is just what I was looking for- that and the reasons why it works the way it does. I’m in my early 40s and recenlty quit smoking- which has of course caused weight gain. I’ve been interested in fasting, but wanted something more- then you came along with your deep tissue cleanse. I am really excited to experience the effects and incorporate it into my lifestyle. That and yoga- after trying it on my own for a while, finally found a beginners class- I start today.
I hope to see and hear more from you- the world needs more people like you in it- teaching us to be healthy and to help one anohter along the way.
Thanks and good luck!
Kimberly: I have a serious dry eye condition that is chronic. Do you have any specific ideas for that? Also, I get low blood sugar when I eat a lot of fruit smoothies. Anyway around that? Thanks
i am so fascinated by your blog and nutritional lifestyle! it so simple and makes so much sense! i love the green smoothies i just started making them, they are really good and i feel light and full. but i was wondering if you had any ideas about meals for the rest of the day. i want to be able to have variety but i still want to keep it healthy. i have been a vegetarian before but was told (like you said) by my doctor that it wasn’t healthy. i was also wondering if you kept all of your recipes in one place on the site or if they are sprinkled throughout your blog. thanks so much for the inspiration! Namaste!
p.s i love yoga too!!
grace
Hi Grace,
I don’t meet that many other Snyders!
Hey we have the same last name!! Crazy.
The recipes are in the recipe tab if you look to the right column of the screen. Your question about how to eat the rest of the day is a great one….but not such a simple answer. I will have diet plans in my hopefully soon forthcoming book though!
For now, read the Post-4th of July Cleanse. There is a good basic eating plan in there, and you can and should of course personalize it for you.
Namaste and Shanti.

Saw your brief presentation on Good Morning America on Saturday July 11, 2009. I was surprised to learn that you suggest blenders not juicers. I’ve been juicing for several years and get the same benefits you describe coming from the blending of the greens. In addition I believe that many of the nutrients are lost after a few hours, that it is best to drink the juice immediately. You promote a way to avoid illness which is what this country’s disease management system (called health care by the politicians and the medical lobbyists) needs to reduce costs. What are your thoughts on blending vs juicing? Any place to learn what each vegetable and fruit helps which part of the body?
Hi Roy- good questions. They are deep and require a much longer discussion, and will be all discussed in detail in my hopefully soon forthcoming book.
I love juicing too, but it my experience that it is better to start people on the smoothie, as it has fiber and will keep you full, and is more food-like, since we are replacing a meal with it. Juicing and fruit have their place, but work better when people are more alkaline and have cleansed and made other shifts in their diet first. The smoothie is always useful. If you are acidic, too much fruit can contribute to candida and other harmful yeasts and bacteria in the body. There is more of a spike with the juice- as the fiber is intact with the smoothie.
A juice should ideally be drunk in less than 20 minutes, since the enzymes exposed to the atmospheric oxygen will die quickly, but with a smoothie this is not the case, since the vegetable is left intact. It can be drunk for 2-3 days and stays pretty good, as well as it is kept covered. So another advantage of the smoothie, especially when people have little time and want to make a bunch at once.

Hi Kimberly, I just discovered your website after reading on the computer about your appearance on ABC. I live in Costa Rica…land of fresh vegetables and fruits.. My husband happens to be a botanist so I showed him the photo of your mystery fruit. It is a fruit of a cactus like tree called: Pitaya or dragon fruit. If you search google for dragon fruit you will find a photo. We can actually purchase them here in Costa Rica at the local ferias. Delicious.
Hi Kerry, wow! that is awesome. Lucky you to live in Costa Rica.
I went there last year, and we loved it!
I had Dragonfruit in Thailand and other questions in Asia, but I had no idea they had them in Costa Rica!!

Hi Kimberly,
I am 14 years old and I want to become a nutritionist one day. This morning i was watching you on Good Morning America and saw you talking about the Green Smoothie. I was just wondering if you recommend any thing for someone of my age to begin so that some day i could get into the business.
Thanks for your time,
michele
HI Michele! That’s great you want to get into nutrition, and at your age.
I would be sure to focus on your biology classes, so you have a good basic understanding of the body’s organs and how the systems of the body operate. If you have any electives (I think you are a freshman?) then I would take the classes that focus on Biology 2, etc. which could encompass some of these topics.
This will create a good base for you to build on later!
Come back and visit us again on the blog.

Hi Kimberly,
I am a 59, soon to be 60, year old woman who went through menopause in my mid 40’s. I was very fortunate that the process was not typical in that I did not have the harsh symptoms some of my friends suffered through.
My question is about hair. Since being post menopausal my hair has continued to thin to the point where I am very self conscious. I have gone to a number of Naturopaths, have taken too many blood tests to want to remember to see if there are mineral deficiencies, all with offersof remedies with no results.
Can you recommend a dietary remedy to stimulate hair growth. I know this is an age old question however I will try anything to help stop further hair loss.
Thank you,
Micki
The Key Lime bars were a big hit as were the cacao truffles. Very delicious, all raw and natural. The only thing that needs refining is my ball rolling technique!
The shake was great but it was hard to get the right consistency. Next time less lettuce, a little more water, maybe a better blender. It was nice to meet you, That was the best food shoot I’ve ever done.
Namaste.
Roy (Fox TV cameraman, remember?)
Hi Roy!! Of course I remember you!
I’m SO happy to hear that you tried out some of the recipes, yay!! Yes, raw and much easier to digest than many other kinds of deserts.
And yes, for the Green Smoothie it is imperative to get a very good blender for 2 reasons. 1) To make the blend smooth and creamy and actually palatable and 2) To have enough force to power through the cellplast walls of the plants to extract much of the good nutrients, which are locked in there.
Thanks for the great shoot too, and I hope we get to work together again!!
All my very best and Namaste.
xx Kimberly
Hi Kimberly! Thanks so much for your very informative site. I hope to be receiving an order of The Solution and I can’t wait to try it! I work full- time with children and still attend college. This means I am very busy and on an extremely tight budget. I was wondering if you could tell me the best way to store smoothies so that I can make them a couple of days in advance and still get all of the nutritional benefits from them? Also, since I am just embarking on making changes to my eating habits it seems as though many of the ingredients (especially organic) can be quite costly. Can you recommend ways of shopping or obtaining ingredients that might be a little less costly? Or maybe less costly or intensive dietary changes to start out with and build on as money permits? Thanks for your time, your help, and your tireless energy! You are an example to us all!
Hi Tara!
Thank you so much for your kind words and your email!
I am so excited for you to get your order of The Solution! Your skin will look great and you will save time and unnecessary steps right there.
And congrats on going to college with children. Awesome! You must be a very busy mommy, but it sounds like you are up to such great, self-improving things!
If time is a big issue, you can make your whole batch of smoothie for the whole week, and freeze it (except what you will consume that day and then next day). You can then thaw out the night before each serving for the next day (so a good idea to freeze in individual-sized containers). The GREAT news is that enzymes hold up pretty great in the freezer (they can take the cold but not the heat!), so this would be a wonderful option for you as a busy, working mother.
Since it is summer, if you have access to a farmer’s market there are great local options which can usually be quite inexpensive! (Where do you live?). You can shift the greens in the green smoothie to reflect what is local and very affordable at the moment. Another great option is Trader Joe’s, where you can get your heads of romaine, celery, etc. fairly inexpensively. When push comes to shove, buy the most water-filled produce that you can afford organic, and maybe buy the “shelled” foods non-organic. For example, celery should definitely be organic, and romaine when possible, but your avocados and lemons you could buy inorganic to save money. If you want to buy cayenne, coconut oil, and other spices in organic bulk, I know a great website! it is: http://www.mountainroseherbs.com. That is where I buy all my spices and it saves a ton of money!
Trader Joe’s is a great place to buy avocados by the bag (for like $5), which should be the staple for your next meal: lunch. You will also be saving money by not buying meat, cheese, and expensive microwave and pre-made foods which are full of processed crapola!
Also, be sure to get a good water filter if you can and stop buying bottled water every day! That sure adds up also.
Well I hope these ideas were a good start to helping out.
Please keep in touch with me Tara on how it is going with all your wonderful ventures!
PS- Im so happy you are going to do the Green Smoothies instead of eating a big, heavy breakfast with bagels and cream cheese, eggs, or cereal, which is what so many people do. That would suck so much energy from all that you need to accomplish- and we need to free up that energy so you can direct it at all your tasks and goals!
Much love, Kimberly
Hi!
Please give me any suggestions you have for making these diets more feasable for a medical student who has just enough time to shower lol. It seriously is a lot quicker to simply eat a turkey sandwich, but I am willing to make the sacrifices out of self love. Any advice/suggestions would be very much welcome and appreciated. Also, if you can recommend any classes for yoga/fitness (I live in the Montclair, NJ area) that would not be too hard on the medical student’s pocket, that would be awesome. Thank you so much.
I think your way of life is absolutely amazing! I would like to know more about your raw food diet. I know that some raw foodists are vegan or vegetarian, while some are still omnivores. Please tell me more about what you do. My energy levels, weight, motivation, and outlook have been very much off lately, so I’ve adapted a pescatarian diet with a LOT more greens. I will also be trying the green smoothie today
Sincerely,
MH
Hi Dr. Mel,
Wonderful! Many medical students live extremely unhealthy lifestyles, so I am happy to hear that you are taking an avid interest! I think the blog I wrote for the post-4th of July Cleanse is a great place for you to start. Since you don’t have a lot of time, you can make one (or two) big grocery trip(s) a week and stock up on all the ingredients. If you are more on a student budget, Trader Joe’s is a great place to get organic hearts of romaine and celery and lemons, etc.
You should start with the Green Smoothie every day, and for lunch, try to eat a salad with a big avocado. If you are really in a time pinch, you could just eat the avocado, which has tons of great fat and plant protein and will keep you energized for hours!
So, during the meal we eat simply, as raw as possible, and very green focused so we are digesting quickly and easily, giving ourselves easy access to lots of energy, and are not feeling weighed down. Dinner should start with a green salad, and if you want to eat your fish or steamed veggies, etc. you should do it then.
Don’t try to become all raw at once- that is TOO drastic a change. Please refer to the 4th of July blog and the Hitting Detox Walls blog for more info on why I don’t recommend drastic changes. After at least a month on that, we can start to incorporate more raw dinner choices, depending on how you feel. Maybe you want to stay on that plan for a while!
I am also very, very big into colonics. As you start to detox, you really need to pull them out. Colonics may be too harsh or put too much pressure for someone who hasn’t changed their diet significantly…that is where there is somewhat of a bad rap of them in the medical community. But trust me, as you cleanse you and get them you will be AMAZED at how great you will feel and um, how many pounds can come out! If you can travel to NYC I can recommend some great people if you are interested. I don’t know much about yoga out there, but when my video comes out you should get it and then do yoga with me! ha!
Well I hope this helps somewhat—
you can email me too if you have any more questions: kimberly@envision-beauty.com.
Take care and all my very best Dr. Mel!
xx Kimberly
Hi Kimberly,
I just stumbled upon your website this morning and found it truly inspiring. Thank you for posting all of these wonderful recipes. I’ve got a new shopping list made and plan to try the detox and green smoothies this week.
You mentioned that you like to walk around the city listening to your ipod. What sort of music inspires you? Do you find music to have health and healing properties?
peace and health to you,
christopher
Hey Christopher,
That’s great! I’m so happy that I can be of some help in getting you inspired to try out some new food choices.
I listen to all kinds of music, and I definitely feel that music is healing and can be uplifting. 2 of my alltime favorites are live Bob Marley (and he helped save my life in Africa, as I would play it in my car as I moved from village to village), and Krishna Das.
Come visit me again!
All my very best,
Kimberly
I have never been very “good” at Yoga but i have taken your class on Thursdays and now, every thursday.. and realized very simply, you dont have to be good (compared to everyone else) its more about being good to yourself! And that takes a simple dedication to the practice, and doing the best i can manage. So thank you for that little peace-inducing truth i was missing.
Where else and when do you teach?
very kindly,
michelle
Hi Michelle,
Wow, that is so great for you to write that to me. Thank you! As a teacher, I always try to emphasize that the asanas are not the main goal, but rather focusing on the breath and becoming present and still (which is a real skill in today’s busy world!), so we can have access to our real self, which is already perfect and blissful and peaceful.
I’m so glad that you are seeing beyond the poses. Please come up and introduce yourself next time you take class! Also if you email me at kimberly@envision-beauty.com, I’ll forward you my teaching schedule!
Thanks so much and look forward to meeting you soon!!
xx Kimberly
Hey Kim, \do you have an email address for your blog?
Hi Veggie, Wedgie– well my personal email is Kimberly@envision-beauty.com
Hi Kimberly:
You are such a sincere person. I read recently in the news that there is 3rd world slavery happening behind the scenes in Dubai. I cannot imagine you marketing your product there as it would be against everything you stand for. Also you should contact 3abntv.org and try to connect with them. It is satellite television that is into health and spirituality 24/7 and incredible. Take care,
V.
HI VR,
Thanks so much for emailing me and reaching out to me! Hmm, i’ve never heard of 3abntv. I will have to look into it! Doing the tv stuff is actually a lot of fun, and it is just another way to share…so thank you so much for your idea!
All my very best,
Kimberly
yo kimberly. all of your stuff looks rad. super good job on envision beauty. look me up when you’re back in the city – i have a shoot in mind that i think you’d be perfect for.
I was reading a bit about you and the way you live and eat…and I have some questions. What do you eat on a regular basis that provides you with such energy and not starve (i mean do you enjoy eating veggies all day every day)? How do you add variety without using a stove (recipes?)? What would you do to kick start a weight loss program (example of a daily/weekly regimen)?
Thanks
HI Jacki!
There is an amazing abundance of foods to eat on a raw diet!! I would start by incorporating the Green Smoothie in daily, or as many times a week as possible. Also, read my blog post, “The First Dozen: Easy Weight Loss Tips.” (I think that is the full name), on some easy ways to start working on losing weight. Then start trying some recipes- and I suggest keeping the raw cacao truffles on hand to satisfy your cravings for treats in a healthy way. As far as what I eat on a regular basis, and designing a full regimen, that would take a full book to explain— which I hope to write not too far in the future!!
But be sure to take it step by step, and like I said, work in the Green Smoothie first…then see how you start to feel and what naturally starts to go away (excess coffee, etc. etc.)
Please keep in touch after you start along and let me know how you are doing, and then we can talk about some more next steps for you.
All my very best,
xx Kimberly
Hey Kimberly!
I attempted the ultimate green smoothie but it was really thick and not so yummy… maybe i need a new blender or something. any suggestions?
I was stoked to see that you responded
also, I wanted to know your thoughts on a juice fast? I’ve done little fasts here and there but I really want to kick start my weight loss and detox. i’m just ready to feel and look healthy but I want to be successful (with fast results). i’m ready to have a body like yours! if so, is there a website or somewhere i can get a day to day step by step guide in doing it?! im not good with figuring it out myself.
Lastly, i see your into yoga and i’ve gone to the classes at my gym but i’m really struggling with my posture. i am not flexible. any suggestions to help? what do you think about hot yoga?
thanks for all your help! i got your product and will let you know how it goes.

Hi Kimberly,
We met on the set of Ironman 2 on Wednesday. Just saying hi and kudos on the blog. I found it interesting and I mean that literally. A lot of great info and very impressive breadth of knowledge. Keep up the good work. It was really nice to meet you and maybe we’ll bump into each other some day again. Best wishes.
David.
P.S I was pleasantly surprised to see that you have spent time in Africa. I don’t meet many people who have. I grew up in Kenya. You’ve had quite the adventurous life.
This is my first time visiting. I adore this blog!! One of my readers suggested it. I am so glad she did..Your site is amazing!!!
Hey Ally Marie,
Great, thank you so much for visiting! I will have to check out your blog also.
Hope to see you back soon.
xx Kimberly
Hi Kimberly,
I came across this blog while searching for an alternative to Proactiv – I wanted to use something gentler. I had no idea of the connection to raw food and was not pursuing a raw lifestyle.. never did I think that a month later I’d be eating mostly raw and experiencing deep deep changes. Aside from energy, skin, weight, etc.. the most meaningful is the tranquility and how connected I am becoming to my gut and my intuition.
I’m also thankful for your coconut opening demo! I’m having green smoothies for breakfast everyday.. today was my favorite: spinach, parsley, kale, coconut water, lime juice, mango & soaked goji berries. YUM..I have to replicate this tomorrow but coconuts are pricey in my neighborhood. Any chance you can share your source in Chinatown? I travel through chinatown by bike a couple of times a week and it would be a cinch.
Thanks again for the inspiration!!!!!
Hi Virginia!
That is awesome that you are experiencing wonderful changes in your life! I am so happy for you. You will feel more tranquil and present and peaceful, and out of that increased stillness we can just listen to ourselves so much better. With all the outside noise and the huge energy-drain of digestion, who can even hear their intuition??
My awesome Chinese family is on the NW corner of Bowery and Grand Street. They are awesome to get Durians too (see that video!), as they open them for you. But durians are out of season now until June!!!!
I miss them so much but June is around the corner.
Come visit me again!!
All my very best Virginia,
xx
Kimberly
Hi.
I have a skincare blog, http://www.talkskincare.com, and I’m trying to grow it. I like your blog and it somewhat relates to mine. Do you want to exchange blogrolls or links, it would help both of our sites. Also, I could review/discuss your company. I would appreciate it soooo much. Please let me know. Thanks so much.
Best Regards,
Catherine
HI Catherine,
Sure! We just added a blogroll. I’ll add you on it now.
You should check out The Solution to review!
All my best,
Kimberly
I read your blog and I love it.
Only two vegetables that can live to produce on their own for several growing seasons .. Asparagus and rhubarb.
Strawberry is the only fruit with its seeds on the outside …
How did the pear get inside the brandy bottle? It grew inside the bottle. (The bottles are placed over pear buds when they are small, and are wired in place on the tree. The bottle
Is left in place for the entire growing season. When the pears are ripe, they are snipped off at the stems.)
The only vegetable or fruit never sold frozen, canned, processed, cooked, or in any other form but fresh is Lettuce.
Hi Dawn!
Great to hear from you!
Thanks so much for your great facts on the fruits and veggies.
Very interesting! Hope to hear from you again.
All my very best,
Kimberly
Hi Kimberly,
I have been hearing rumours that Envision was going to come out with a Cleanser……has it already come out? Or when will it come out? and how can i order (or preorder) it?
Also with Envision solution don’t you need to use a sunscreen after? Or does it have spf?
Please let me know.
Thanks.
Hi Nisha,
Thanks for reaching out to me!
The Brightening Cleanser is set to be released May 1st. We were originally going to launch a bit earlier, but we are totally redesigning our packaging, so it got pushed back a bit. We are going to send out a newsletter in a few weeks to pre-order the product, so let me know if you’d like to join the mailing list.
As for your sunscreen question: The Solution took over 2 years to develop, and I wanted to create the purest product possible that should be used in the morning and at night. Sunscreens- even “natural” ones- can have clogging or reactive properties, and inhibit the respiration of the skin. Since they are meant to “block” the sun, ironically these sunscreens can still cause aging, by having ingredients that get heated by the sun and can oxidize on the skin’s surface and form free radicals (similarly to how processed, heated hydrogenated oils cause free radicals in the body)! (Sunscreen companies don’t like to talk about that pesky fact).
We have a separate SPF product in the works (since you would never want those extra ingredients and/or chemicals on your skin at night), and you can be sure that it will be amazing when we do release it!! BUT The Solution does have Vitamin C and Vitamin E and the highest legal percentage of Alpha Lipoic Acid, which not only smooths the surface of the skin, but is also one of the most poweful, scientifically-proven ingredients that protect against radiation damage. So there is definitely protection in The Solution from incidental sun.
That being said- I would suggest in the meantime, that you apply The Solution right on the surface of your skin, then wait 5-10 minutes to apply a separate SPF if you wish- in the mornings.
Okay, let me know if you have any other questions.
All my very best,
Kimberly
Hi Kimberly,
Can you give some suggestions on the type of organic coconut oil to buy? Having never used any and there is a plethora of different kinds out there…raw, virgin, refined…? Are there brands that you find better than others? Thanks and love your blogs!
Hi Barbara,
Thank you!
Make sure you get raw, organic, and extra virgin. Nutiva makes a good one.
If you are going to start using it pretty often- then I would order on Amazon as it is cheaper!
Come visit again soon!
xx Kimberly
Hello! I came across your blog this morning while searching for raw kale recipes and was happy to find The Solution too. I checked out the site and the product sounds great.. the only question I currently have about the product is animal testing. I can’t use anything if it isn’t cruelty free. What’s the skinny on your product? Also, is the bottle/packaging recyclable?
Thanks, Virginia
Hi Virginia!
Don’t worry about the animal testing…I’m a mostly raw vegan and totally into animal rights!! So there is no testing of any kind. I am also absolutely careful about the sourcing of our ingredients. For instance, many people use organic Hyaluronic Acid that is sourced from rooster feathers– so it may seem vegan on the ingredient list but it’s not! Not as obvious as say emu oil.
Our box is 70% recycled materials and starting with our new batch of The Solution, is printed with soy inks. We use a double-barrel, airless pump for the bottle, which costs us twice as much as regular packaging but allows us to NOT have to use parabens and other synthetic preservatives- since there is no contamination or exposure to atmospheric oxygen (compared to those screwtop jars!). To keep from using the chemical stabilizer/preservatives from being in the product and from getting into your skin, we have to use plastic material- but a mix of plastics and with the highest grade recyclable material that is possible.
As for the skinny on The Solution (I love that term!!): Here (below) is some stuff from the press release. You can get more in-depth info on the specific ingredients on our website!
Please let me know if you have any more questions!
all my best,
Kimberly
THINK: The most powerful and effective active ingredients from nature and science, bottled in one revolutionary formula.
WHAT IT IS: The premier, all-in-one, benefit-driven skincare product harnessing the potent synergy of nature and science. When beauty expert and certified raw food nutrition specialist Kimberly Snyder sought to create the ultimate beauty solution, she broke boundaries to bring together the most beneficial ingredients available in a single multi-use product. Frustrated with existing natural products on the market that ignore scientific advances and disappointed in luxury products that substitute fillers for potent natural ingredients, Snyder incorporated the world’s most powerful ingredients from both nature and science into one essential product. Developed to meet the varied skincare needs that typically require an entire regimen, Snyder’s all-in-one formula is aptly named “The Solution.”
Would like to be on your e-mail list.
thank u.
Mary
thanks Mary, I will add you!

Kimberly
Hi Kimberly,
Just checking out your blog and web site and want to say it was lovely meeting you today and how wonderful that yoga teachers like you teach!
As I said, I am going to many different classes, studios, etc. as a kind of exploratory process in my aspiration and pull to potentially teach yoga.
And you are an inspiration as you shine, embody and give this path of light!
Sasha
Hey Sasha,
It was great to have met you the other day as well!
I am so happy for you that you are taking this time to explore the yoga world. You’ll find out so much about yourself!
Hope to see you in class or around.
Om Shanti
Kimberly
Dear Kimberly,
Just happened upon your blog and loved it so much I mentioned it to a friend who is working on a huge project. She’d love to be in touch with you about a collaboration. Would you please contact me and let me know if I can put you both in touch?
Thanks! OM Shanti, Diana
Hi Diana,
Sounds interesting!
Sure you can email me anytime you’d like: kimberly@envision-beauty.com.
Look forward!
Om Shanti
Kimberly
Hi!
Love your blog! I’ve tried and love your Green Smoothie, thanks so much for the recipe!
I was wondering if you have a blender recommendation? I can’t afford the Vitamix and was looking for an alternative.
I would love any suggestions you may have! Thanks for the blog!
Hi Anita,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m glad you are enjoying the green smoothie. Try to have it regularly!
Before I got the Vitamix I had a standar Oystertag blender that cost like $50. It was pretty decent. Make sure you chop up your veggies and really blend well, for a while, since it isn’t as strong as the Vitamix. If it starts to get warm, you can also try throwing some ice cubes in there.
Let me know how you do!
Keep in touch.
Kimberly
Hey,
I came across your videos in youtube and then found this blog! I must say, I am so inspired. I love skincare/health too. I am an Indian student currently in the University og Guelph in Canada. Is there a career in this path too? Also, I have also always dreamed of tavelling the world, but i guess I lack the courage to go alone. How did you manage this journey? And, yes, you definately inspire me to get up and start taking care of my body. Thanks.
Namaste Ramita,
Great to hear from you! India is one of my favorite countries in the world! I adore it so very much.
Well I definitely didn’t plan this career (laugh), but it turned out that way because I went with my heart! I think if you become deeply passionate about something then the universe presents you with a way to pursue it= if that is what you truly want.
The same thing with the travel journey- I went to one easy-ish country to travel alone- Thailand. Then I became more confident, and started going to more and more. You become more used to living by your intuition, and figuring out who is okay to talk to and travel with and who is not. It seems daunting, but you just have to keep your wits about you and stay present.
Well, I’m glad you are going to start taking great care of your body.
We only get one in this lifetime!
Okay good luck with everything.
All my very best,
Kimberly
Hi Heba,
Wow, thank you so much for your interesting message and kind words! That is wonderful that you are also interested in health and wellbeing, and eat pumpkin seeds.
I wish you the best of luck with your art career. You sound like a creative person and that your heart is really there, so that is so great.
As for the olive oil- great idea. Olive oil has has beautifying monounsaturated fats and Vitamin E- which will keep the skin smooth. But there are many ingredients that are also natural in The Solution that have different benefits- for instance, Centella Asiatica, which has been used in Ayurveda for 2000 years, boosts collagen production, and Alpha Lipoic Acid will really brighten the skin, etc. etc. So I too am a fan of natural ingredients, but obviously from my philosophy you can see that I am a fan of combining nature + science, with no cheap fillers.
I would love for Envision Beauty to be carried in Dubai one day! Maybe soon. I have never been there. I know it is a rapidly growing market. Thank you so much for the suggestion. Interesting idea!!
Keep in touch and come visit me again.
Lots of peace and blessings onto you as well!
Om Shanti,
Kimberly
Kimberly,
I am so, so happy to have come across your blog today.
I would love to try The Solution. I am currently using Extra Virgin Olive Oil on my face and the results are truly amazing.. my mother has been harping on about how good it is for ages but I am a beauty junkie and love trying out different potions from time to time. In my quest to put only natural things on my skin I have tried organic skincare (different brands) but for some reason have found that they would irritate my facial skin (funnily enough!) I am wary of trying anything organic again. I love the olive oil – my skin is clear, glowing and plumped up; I look like I have been injected all over with hyaluronic acid! – but I love the sound of your product (mainly because I know it will not turn my just showered hair into a bit of an oily mess.. And because I will probably never stop believing in the power of natural beauty products. I will continue with the evoo – try it, it is truly amazing, purely for research. Any idea when you can ship your products over to the Dubai side of the world? We have Saks, Harvey Nichols, Boots and Sephora here so I am sure you will find excellent stores to carry your line. I am super excited about the cleanser too!
Everything that you do with your life – travel, make an amazing skin product that doesn’t include anything nasty!, teach and practice yoga, stay in great shape, live positive and vibrant, eat pure raw goodness, and lead by example – is exactly the dream I have for my own (bar pursuing a career in the art industry, another of my passions). It has been so inspiring today looking through your pictures and writing down all the amazing health tips in my notebook (I ate tons of pumpkin seeds a couple of hours before reading about their high zinc content on your blog and broke out in a huge smile). I am going through a tough time in my life and I have the chance now to think things through and have decided to really pursue what makes me truly happy and brings me joy (climbing mountains, here I come)
Thank you for being such an inspiration. I wish I was in New York so I could get properly colon-ised too!!
Peace and blessings be upon you.
Heba, Dubai
Kim, What a wonderful Blog !!!

keep up the great work!

Hi Lisa,
Thank you for your email.
I think you will love The Solution. A lot of the issues you are talking about, flakiness, clogged pores, etc. are a result of using the wrong products, piling too much on and not allowing the skin to breathe. These thick heavy creams don’t allow the skin to respire OR detoxify, and our skin is our main detoxifying organ.
There is a high level of Alpha Lipoic Acid in The Solution, which will help detoxify the skin and pull out the junk (fillers, petrochemicals, etc.) from old skin care products. After this, you should not experience any breaking out from The Solution because it is very pure and there are no clogging oils and harsh synthetics.
I too have combination skin- I can break out on my chin and around my jaw- or sometimes around my forehead. But then my cheeks and eye-area can get dry. The Solution helps me balance everything- so I can ward off wrinkles and lines and dryness, but not break out.
Make sure are appropriately washing your face too! Many cleaning products can even clog your skin. (We have The Brightening Cleanser launching in March
). Also, make sure your cell phone is always clean or use a headset.
I just wrote a story for Organic Beauty Magazine on preventing Adult acne. It comes out in the near future, and I’ll post my eating suggestions for combating adult acne! So stay tuned for that. Food can help or hurt a lot.
Also, if you see a derm. and have a topical, you can apply that first, wait 5 minutes, then apply The Solution on top. That way, you will get your acne medication but still have the anti-aging, hydration benefits of The Solution!
Sorry for the long answer! But yes, I think The Solution should do great for you. But check back for the food info soon. And please let me know if you have any more specific questions.
All my very best Lisa,
Kimberly
Hi Kimberly,
I’m interested in trying The Solution, however I have been searching for anti-aging, anti-acne formulations. I’m 43 and noticing wrinkles, lines, broken capillaries, flakiness and clogged pores (Overall, I have combination skin). Do you think your moisturizer would be appropriate for my skin concerns? Thank you in advance for your advise/suggestion.
Sincerely,
Lisa
Hi Hilary!
), so I designed The Solution with those parameters in mind.
I’m so happy you are enjoying The Solution, and it’s working so great for you! I too have oily skin- but dry spots, plus I’m concerned with aging, PLUS I want to have clear, smooth, bright skin (demanding much???
I am very happy to announced that early March we are launching THE BRIGHTENING CLEANSER, which I am confident you will love. It is also free of harsh chemicals, but will gently but powerfully remove oils and dirt that keep your skin from looking it’s best and also keep it from absorbing key nutrients and moisture. It is the perfect prep for The Solution.
We have more products coming down the pipeline, but the line will always be very simple and each product will be ultra-effective.
Thanks for stopping by Hilary. Let me know if you have any questions and Happy Holidays!!
All my best,
Kimberly
Hi. I just recently ordered and started using The Solution. I really do love it and it is the only thing that has helped my oily skin get back into balance. That being said, I was wondering if this line will expand (cleaners, etc.). This is such a great product and I get tired of searching for chemical-free safe beauty products. Thanks!!!!
Hi Darlene, I checked with our scientists and this is what they said: “It should be ok to use the solution with hormonal cystic acne and if anything the solution would help…also there are saliva hormone test that can be done by mail….ZRT labs or Aeron bio tech are 2 good ones.”
Hope that helps! Let me know if you need anything else.
Kimberly
Hi Darlene- we have amazing success with The Solution on people that have chronic adult acne. I’m going to check about the Hormonal Cystic acne specifically with my team of scientists and get back to you shortly.

Thanks for coming by and I’ll talk to you soon here.
Kimberly
Hi Kimberly,
I was wondering if The Solution can be used for someone who suffers from Hormonal Cystic acne? I have clear skin overall but when I get that type of acne it seems as if it lasts forever and nothing helps. Thanks for answering my question.
Hi Suzanne! Glad you found the blog! It is a lot easier thank you think to shift into a raw lifestyle. I would start by changing one meal a day, incorporating the green smoothie, and go from there.
Let me know how you do!
Hey Kimberly- This is a great blog! (I was in your yoga class last night and remembered you mentioned the name of your website.) I always wanted to try to be a raw foodie, but thought it was too impractical for my lifestyle. Your suggestions seem pretty quick and easy.
I’m glad to found this blog.
And it is lovely blog you have here.
Hi Lalaelena, Thanks for coming by.
We are definitely planning on expanding to Canada in the near future so stay tuned! I’ll definitely check out your blog. Stop by again!
Hi Kimberly,
I was browsing Totalbeauty.com and noticed that The Solution got AMAZING reviews. I too am obsessed with skincare and cosmetics, especially the way that diet and exercise can make a difference in skintone, so I can fully relate to your philosophy. I would love to try your product but I live in Canada and I know it’s not available here. I was hoping to find out if maybe there are some spas that carry it in the area (I live in Calgary, Alberta). If not are you planning on expanding delivery to Canada in the near future.
By the way, I`ve also recently started a beauty blog, if you want to check it out it`s: http://ihatewhatgodgaveme.blogspot.com/
Hey Jess! Thanks so much for your comment! If you email me, I’ll be happy to pass along my schedule: kimberly@envision-beauty.com.
Look forward to seeing you in class soon! Om Shanti, Kim
I love your Yoga class, but wanted to know when/where else do you teach during the week? Could you post a blog of your schedule for all your fans! Thanks
Love your classes! You’re a great teacher. Nice site, too, i’ll have to check out your store
Nice Pose!
Great Blog!
Keep up the good work Sista, spreading the Love, dropping the K’nowledge!!!
Hope all is well in your world and I hope to see you out here soon!!!

HI Jacki!
Yes, a good blender makes all the difference with the Green Smoothie. It should be pretty smooth. If your blender takes a long time to blend it smooth and it gets warm, then put it in the fridge overnight and stir the next day. When it is cold it is much easier to drink for most people! If it the actual taste that is problematic (it may take a while for our taste buds to get more used to the huge amounts of greens), then just increase your percentage of fruits in the actual drink. Like, put in another apple, etc.
A juice fast is a great idea to kick start! Be sure to prepare the body first. A book you should try is Juice Fasting and Detoxification by Dr. Norman Walker. He is phenom.
As for yoga, when my video comes out you should try it! The posture gets better and better with a strong core and learning to tuck the tailbone in, which some of the poses are great for. I don’t personally practice “hot yoga” because I believe the heat can build naturally in the body with the breath, but I know some people love it.
let me know how you do with The Solution!
Keep in touch. All my very best,
Kimberly
thanks for all the great advice. its awesome being able to communicate with you since you have already taken the road less traveled and succeeded.
i LOVE the solution so far. i like the texture and i feel like my skin is really loving it. I will definitely keep you posted. does the solution work with evening skin tones from acne scars and brown spots? blackheads?
i will let you know how the green smoothie goes
i will make it tonight and leave it in the fridge overnight… will that make a difference nutritionally? i heard you have to drink juice asap or it loses its nutritional value… is that a myth?
again thanks for all your advice. much appreciated. i think what you are doing is amazing and i am inspired by all your accomplishments and travels. i am jealous.
have a great day!
